MDWatch, I am confused, till what date people can file I-485, i saw your signature and yours is apr 2004 PD but still you applied for 485, in visa bulletin it says EB2 dates are jan 2003. Can you please explain? Thanks,

I-140 guys, mine is EB2, on USCIS processing time, where do i need to look at for I-140, i mean there are like skilled worker or professional, advanced degree or exceptional ability. where do i stand in that list? i know this is stupid question but i dont really know.

H1 extension approved Guys, I got my H1 approval email from USCIS. It's been approved yesterday and mailed my approval notice. It took 3 and 1/2 months to get my approval. so whoever are still waiting hang in there, dont waste money on PPs unless it is really urgent to get the visa. thanks.

I know the case number and i registered also, but its still showing received and pending status. my employer or my attorney did not received anything.

I-485 Guys, Can anybody explain me how this 485 thing works, i mean i saw people who got 2006 pd also applied for concurrent filing, mine is march 2005 pd, but my lawyer says i cant apply for 485 until 2 years from now. Why like that? Is this because am from India? Thanks in advance.

Mine Too.... My I-140 mailed on 9/19 and waiting for receipt number. Wow!!! that was fast! My lawyer sent my I-140 application out on 9/15. Waiting for Receipt notice(Or who knows, may be even approval ;)
