Oct 2004 I140 approved
it is EB2. What is a priority date? Actually, I was pestering my lawyer to start an inquiry, but she would not respond, yesterday when I told her that it got approved, she replies back immediately saying 'see all that worrying was for nothing..'. I feel like shooting her. but I would suggest...- n_pooja

Whew ! Got my 140 approved yesterday. Was getting hysteric :-) RD - 10/08/04 AD - 04/14/05 Receipt No. SRC050045**** Now the wait for the 485 starts. Is the wait ever going to end in this country?- n_pooja

Sorry, I am new here. How and where to check LUD?
Have filed for 140 and 485 concurrently on Oct, 01 04. EB2 TSC. Have 2-3 colleagues from my company that have applied same time. Everybody else's 140 got approved last month. Have'nt heard anything regarding my 140. I was going thru the forums and evrybody seemed to be talking about LUDs. Where...- n_pooja
