Got mail from CSC-XII.485@dhs.gov but they don't send u mail by themselves. u send a mail to them requesting the status of ur case ,they will reply u with ur case status.

ya, i tried everything----- congressman, senetor, mails to mr. William. Cong. and senetor were not at all of any help in my case. But i think sending mails to uscis helps. But there is no harm to contact senetor and congressman. Many ppl got positive result from their help.

Yes, I filed I-485 in March 2004. But my case is in Name Check. I don't know how much time they need to get it cleared.
