i485 status Check AVM this morning Filed 1/9/02 AP approved on 1/31/02. Still waiting to receive doc. EAD approved on 2/5/02. Still waiting to receive doc. FP sent out 2/7/02. Still waiting.

VSC mailed on 1/9/02. chq with my bank. Chq has been cashed. Still waiting for the receipt etc.

Guru, my attorney is giving me different messages. First was told that i cannot travel before receiving h1-B receipt notice. Subsequently was told I can travel. I do have my H1-b which is still valid till year 2004. Please advise if anyone is in the same situation.

question on RFE? INS requested company federal tax yr 2000. My company will be filing this week. Also INS requested quarterly taxation for year 2001 which my company said they will only completed by end of sept. Should i wait for the quarterly or can i response by sending federal tax yr 2000?

No Title The instructions stated that company reference letters if send duplicate, it require to be notorized. Was it acceptable to send without notorize?
