485 and studying?
Hello, My I-140 (outstanding rsh) is approved. The 485 received by gov on 3/7/05 (texas). I'm expecting layoff end of year. If I cannot find similar job (180 will pass by then), can I go and get F1 and wait for it to be approved? Regards, Yaacov- Yaacov Hanan
