GC Holder Studying in India: HELP!!!
Hello, My son is 12 years old and we got our green card about 2 years ago. We are planning to send him to India for about 3 years for studies. What are the procedures to maintain his permanent resident status? I would appreciate any information in this regard. Thank you, PK- tomsawer480
