    No I-94 LucyMo Thanx fo ryou reply. I did not receive bcos it filed improperly. i did not realise that b4. Is going to mexico advisable in my case, i do not have appointment dates in india in near future.

    Hi, After my MS, my OPT/EAD expired in Dec 2004, and I haved Feb 2005 date with 60 date grace period in my I 20. My I 94 has D/S. So does 180 days period(b4 unlawful presence) applicable to F1 as well, if so does it start from Dec 2004 or Feb 2005. Kindly let me know. Thank You Gokul
