This is great news ! I hope the lawsuit that might come up due to the VISA bullletin does not reverse this. I feel bad for the people though who spent so much money in medicals and stuff in getting ready to file for their I485.

There were a lot of RFEs in May for Employment Letter etc... -- May be most of the older cases are the ones which got RFEs. My case is one of those. I am not sure what will happen now -- with the new wave of applications.

Still Pending Here ... Got an RFE on 05/10. Responded on 06/19.

Another question on the same topic -- Is it ok to take multiple jobs after you get the GC ? For instance instead of working for 40 hours/week can we work 20 hours/week for the employer and 20 hours as an independent ?

AP and EAD Checking to see if anyone is in the same situation as me. I applied for EAD and AP extension end of May ( Need AP for travel in AUG-2007 and EAD expires end of August ). Processing dates for these in NSC has gone back to something like November 2006. Is there anything we can do...

Looks like Approval -- Congratulations. I have seen other people on this board where in the spouse's approval happened couple of months later than the primary applicant.
