My H1B is expiring on Feb 2006. Can I apply for PERM processing (say in April 05) since my Visa is valid for less than 365 days. Any advice would help. Thanks.- r12345

H1 B Transfer
I am transfering my H1B visa from Employer A to Employer B. Employer B has filed for premium processing with my paystubs for the months of november and December 04. Now would the USCIS ask for any additional documents like the recent paystubs? Any information would be greatly appreciated...- r12345
