I am in a similar boat, but in Vermont though. I visited SF local office last week. They said some one was working on the case based on the last updated date. But my status on line is from 2005 .. Your case is transfered to ..... Please keep us posted if there is any more progress on your case

Is your case pending at the local office ? I would suggest you to write to your senator.

In 2005 my case was transfered to San Francisco local office. In 2007 it was transfered from San Francisco to Philadelphia local office. In 2007 and last year I was following up very closely with the local office. But it was not very helpful. I wrote to the senator also. I am planning to pay...

Our cases also transfered fo Philadelphia from SFO recently.

Finally got the EAD after 6 months. Contacting Senator really helped.

I am in the same bucket. Wrote to the congressman and waiting. My EAD is pending with the SFO local office.

Yes I am still in Limbo. I have sent a letter to the senator today, hope to get some positive outcome.

Hi, On 07/29 I have applied for my 3rd EAD and Advance Parole. On 08/26 they were transfered to San Francisco Local office. Is there any one in a similar situation ? Does this mean that my I485 wil also be transfered to San Francisco ? I would appreciate your comments.

You will need transit visa I have traveled via singapore in may this year. I was not let out of the airport into singapore because I did not have a valid visa stamping on my passport. I had a valid AP and EAD with me. They knew what an AP is but it was not good enough to get a transit visa at...
