sorry, I didn't make myself clear. I'm not from India, my pd was current when I filed 140 and 485 concurrently, for worldwide EB3 (08/02), mine was 02/02.
the rfe was about TB skin test. There is another thread somewhere related with NSC RFEs. It seems a lot of people received rfe on this. (We didn't take skin test in the first place because we knew it would be positive, we did the required X-ray) NSC rfe letter said we should do skin test, even...
Sorry for the late reply, the tiimeline is like this:
1. card production email
2. approval notice email
3. welcome notice (letter, not email)
4. card received (letter)
5. approval notice (letter)
It may not be the same order in all cases. I found it interesting that they sent you card...
Our cases were approved as well, approval notice was sent last Friday, it was a good Friday indeed. It came to our surprise since we filed 140 and 485 just 6 months ago, didn't expect it to be approved so soon. (Maybe because we have earlier PD?)
The long wait is finally over, I shared my joy...
Thank you. I received the same card ordered message, but I haven't rec'd any approval email yet, it has been almost a week. It makes me nervous.
I will wait and see.
Thank you for sharing your information, it makes us feel we are insiders as well. :D :D
However, TB test shouldn't be done multiple times from the medical point of view because reactions can become progressively worse. There are a lot of websites confirm this.
(of course, since it's not life...
I saw LUD twice after they received the rfe.
I don't know if my NC is cleared or not. However, there are several people here indicated that if USCIS sends out rfe, it means NC has most likely been cleared. :D :D :D
Thank you for putting this into plain English!
My case is also in NSC. I saw your post in NSC tracker thread.
Thanks.
BTW, you have even earlier PD on your LC. It's just so hard to believe we have been waiting for GC for so long...
Has anyone noticed the new disclaimer on USCIS website processing date?
https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/Processtimes.jsp?SeviceCenter=CSC
It says "improving reporting procedure for processing time...", it took me a while trying to figure out what it meant, and I am still unclear...
Thank you very much
To prq20: Thank you for your reply. I hope that's the case USCIS sent out rfe after name check was through.
To eefrog: My rfe was about TB skin test, I have done it once before and it was positive due to BCG vaccine shot when I was little, the nurse back then kindly told...
Congratulations to the above approvals!
Justwatching, i am so glad to see your approval here, I still remember you from labor backlog reduction thread!
wish you all good from now on!
I have searched the forum for at least 4-5 hours last night and tonight, still couldn't find a clear answer to the following questions (I don't know if there are any clear answers....)
Anyway, I have the two following questions, I hope someone can enlighten me with your thoughts or experience...
LC approved today
Received an email from my attorney saying that my RIR was finally approved after 4-year-6-month-10-day's waiting!
Good luck to everyone.
p.s. neither my attorny or my employer has ever received 45-day letter.
4 years already....
still no sign for RIR LC approval, haven't received anything whatsoever, I am wondering if my case is lost somewhere....
anyway, will leave for vacation tomorrow... :)
Congressional Inquiry?
My company's HR sent out a congressional inquiry today (my PD was wrong). search your local US senator's website, it should have information about "Constituent Casework", http://www.senate.gov/general/contact_information/senators_cfm.cfm
you can ask your HR to write a...
