Hi My snap shot from the mail "H1B7YR@PHI.DFLC.US" has the ETA Case No# as P-050XX-XXXXX and my lawyer says he never got the 45 days letter yet. But you say that "once you get 45 days letter it will change to P", Is that true? Do I need to follow up with my advocate ?? My Priority...- Suri1811

do I need to apply for 7th year extension?
My last extention for H1B visa was done on Jul 30th 2004 and i have got the approval notice until Jul 30th 2007. However, I landed in USA April 2000 and my 6 year term gets over by April 2006 and I had 2 months of vacation during my stay here till-date. Through out my H1B, I am with the same...- Suri1811
