Omda, Yes, I called and made an appointment with person incharge of the Senator's office. Than prepared a letter stating my issue and met/gave my letter to them. They sent the letter to BCICS. Let me know if you need more information Reader2000

bashar82, I also had missed the depature date it was off by couple of days the officer didn't make any big deal about it. I had been told as long as you get the month/year correct, it should be okay. Thanks Reader2000
