B'cos Last month i replied for the RFE for EVL. EVL is from my Employer who filed my 140. So after replying for RFE , my case transferred to local office. Now i am getting an offer from the client. Can i change employer now??

485 RD is Jan 2003 Concurrent. Replied to RFE for EVL & bc proof for dependent last month. Received a letter from BCIS stating that case transferred to local INS in feb 2005. Can I change the employer at this point, because I am not sure the client will wait until my 485 clears. Thanks in...
