Apply for F2 or H4
I am in US on F-1. Doing practical training (Full Time) with company, that is valid till Dec-2005. I got married in Jan-2005 and my wife applied for an F-2, which was denied (214b). Now my company is going to file for my H-1 in Apr with premium processing. Hopefully I will get an approval for H1...- Cincinnati
