Set-up a business outside of the US and work with a B1/B2/H4 in the US
My wife has a multiple entry B1/B2 visa valid for a few more years. She also has an H4 visa. Would it be legal for her to set up a consulting company outside of the US and work for that company while in the US? I know she cannot do this with the H4 but she does have the B1/B2.
