The one that got denied went to AAO. We applied for a new H-1 and dropped the AAO case. AAO might come through but could have taken a long time.

I replied for I-140 Rfe on Jan 13, 06. Since then there are 2 LUDs on Jan 27 and Jan 31. Makes me feel that they are working on the case. Did any one observe any pattern between LUD and final approval / result ? Just cant wait to know the result.
