Are the service centers (especially Nebraska) still approving concurrently?

Does anyone know how many copies of I-140 approval does USCIS send and to whom? Do they mail two copies, a copy each of the I-140 approval to the attorney as well as to the company or mail just one copy to the attorney? Can anyone please let me know. Thanks,
