All cases received now. PD 24 April 2003, Retest response submitted 15 Oct, certifications received 25/27 Oct.
Finally time to move to I-140/145! Good luck to Raj and others still waiting!
Actually we have just started receiving e-mails from the attorneys that cases have been certified. Some are still outstanding though. Will wait a few days before contacting DOL about AVM.
The AVM still isn't working this week. Is there any way to request that they fix it? Their voice message still says they are having trouble with their tone talker which may not be corrected. Does this sound fair? Now there is no way to keep track of outstanding cases!
That's a bummer kcg - it must be terrible to have one case be approved and then have yours not approved yet. Let's hope you don't have to wait too long.
Congrats neargc - 7-8 weeks isn't too bad. It is still way better than the 3-6 months our attorney is telling us. Good luck from here on!
On Monday you probably got through before it stopped working. It just rings and rings and then goes off whenever I try. Did you hear the message on the 415-975-4601 number that says the AVM is not working and might not be restored? What a bummer! Especially for you since you are still in the...
Goodbye AVM?
Has anyone called the AVM for case status lately. It seems that it is down and may never be back up again if I understood the message correctly. Anyone have more info?
Congratulations! And thanks for posting - it helps to have an idea of how fast the DOL are working on the re-test cases! So far it is looking very good. Good luck with next stage!
Congratulations! It is always great to see someone escape the DOL - shows there is hope for us all. It looks like they are processing fast! Good luck for the rest.
So are you saying it took them only one week from when you sent in the results of the market retest until they sent the approval notice? That is amazing! I heard it took 3-6 months for them to come back after the retest.
Does the 3-option letter still give you the option to convert to traditional and if so do you have to use PERM process with all more stringent requirement that it has?
Have e-mailed our attorney but usually they are non-committal and say you just need to wait. I always get better info from this board than from legal team but here's holding thumbs this time will be better. Will post any news.
This gives me hope because my case is in the same range and also still says received on AVM. It looks like they haven't updated AVM in quite a while.
