what happened to your H1B ?? Even mine is in same situation. INS received my evidence on march 1st . After that I havent heard anything. Status is again .. it will take another 30 to 120 days....

INS received the response for my RFE on march 01. I havent heard anything till now. Any one facing the same situation?

H4 to H1 - requesting additional evidence My receipt date for H1B is Sep 15, 2004. On Feb 2, 2005 they have updated the USCIS site with status as "requesting additional evidence or information ". Any idea what could this be for H4 to H1 transfer. Do you recommend calling up USCIS customer...
