For you: For Feb 2004 Wait time is 2 years 10 months before you are eligible to apply for I-485 ..ie..if the dates does not get retrogressed and it progress in normal phase.
MySelf: Wait period..2 Years.
Else, some new law is passed...
Your attorney should get the approval notice. I am also waiting for the approval notice to be received by my attorney...AD: Sep 28th.

Thanks for the info..I wanted to be prepared either way as we cannot control which processing center it goes to.

My I-140 got approved..
I hold 3 years degree + MBA. In my labor it was mentioned as Bachelors degree - then we got it amended to add "Combination/Equivalency" in Box 15.
So as long as Combination/Equivalency is mentioned - it should not be a problem.
