My pd is Dec 11 2000 of Non RIR. replied letter at the end of DEC. I sent email to query my case in April and got reponse email in May,which said "no query in 90 days"...ridiculous...then I sent email again "it is alreaday 120 days passed...." so far no any information back..I do want to see...

You really think PERM would be easier? their basic logic is NOT WELCOME LEGAL IMMIGRANTS...whatever perm or BEC, none of them would let us happy....Although in theory PERM will be faster, maybe it is 80% rejection. and who knows? they said 45-60days, maybe just sent out NOF after 45-60days...

Dol DOL wants everyone to lose patience so most people will change to PERM. in that way, it will show how smart they are to use PERM. people in DOL are all american citizen, they don't care who we are and how long we have been suffering...maybe they are just laughing at us and enjoying to see...

To VAhoper See famous Icarus's reply. if your letter states they need the proof of company's existence(articles of incorporation.etc...), you should send it back, otherwise they would think your replied letter with incomplete materials (read carefully of page 1 of 45 day letter), maybe bad...

original Dallas DOL had been processing TR cases back of March 2000 (RD). my friend's RD is August 2001. no any special reason. they just slow. is that :D ? this was a accountant position, which was easy to pass back to 2001, but now, we scared to see re-test the market NOF.

If my sixth sense is true, in 2 weeks, we will see bunch of NOF issued for TR cases :mad:....RIR :rolleyes: ? maybe either NOF or approval..... but since your PD is so late, you have to wait another year at least.
