Thanks No. We did not apply for AP/EAD. But we received RFE at the end of Jan. USCIS received our response on 2/8/05. Then LUD changed on 2/8, 2/9, 2/11 and today saying have been approved.

Finally, the waiting is over. Our I-140/I-485 have been approved at the same time! :D Good luck everybody. Your day will come soon!

don't lose hope Honeysusu, Our filing date are similar-end of Nov. We're waiting for I140 & I485 too. We know the waiting is frustrating & stressful. But life has to go on. Hope for the best but prepare for the worst. The bottom line is: Don't let a GC mess our lives. :D Trust me...

still waiting no info for I-140, but received RFE for I-485 in Jan. replied RFE in Feb. last uplate date was 2/11, but no status change. anxiously waiting & praying... :confused:
