I'm planning to visit my country this summer, but I couldnot find my AP. I would like to know if I need re-apply AP or I could request an additional copy of AP from USCIS since it's still within valid period. Thanks for your input.

After back from ASC, I checked the case status and found my child's LUD was updated. But the status information is still the same as before. It seems FP for children doesn't mean something as we expected. Hope I'm not right. How about yours?

Why PBEC & DBEC are so different? To my knowledge, even case of Dec. 2004 has been approved in DBEC.

I got it from DOL's reply of my request for my case confirmation to H1B7YR@dal.dflc.us or H1B7YR@phi.dflc.us

So that means my case will be eligilble to the next prossessing step, right?

What does "overridden" mean? I just got a message about my case status from PBEC. They add a new section of Data Review this time, under which there is an "Existence Check" field. Here is the detail. Data Review Date...

Another LC approval from Phi BEC It's of my friend. She was told by her lawyer yesterday. PD: Dec, 2001 MD, EB2/RIR 45-D letter rcvd: about Mar, 2005 That's all details I know.

Reponse from Dallas I just got the reply from Dallas center and was told that my new case number is T-04275-11XXX. The first letter is neither D nor P. Does anybody receive the similar case number? I didn't receive the letter yet, maybe that's why the first letter is 'T'. :confused...
