H1 extension and I-94
My extesnion of stay has been approved while I was visiting India. The new I-94 dates are from February 25, 2005 to Jan, 25 2007. I did not know this and entered the country with old H1 whose I-94 is valid only till February 24,2005 and H1 stamp is valid till February 24, 2005. I went to canada...- Vikas_Kumar
