Changing the Designate Consulate for H1B Stamping
Hi I got my H1B approved by 2004 October. My I-797 says that the Designated Consulate is Chennai. I am currently living in another country (Japan). Is it possible for me to go for H1B stamping in Japan itself. Is there any consequences in doing so? Or I need to submit any documents for change...- ksrjapan
