Hai Zany_brainy, How did you get to know that your case is mistakenly put in Non RIR? Ask your lawyer to give a call to BEC/write a letter showing proof that yours is RIR and ask to convert it to RIR from Non RIR.

Hai, Iam also in the same boat.As far as i know all the opened cases are still at chicago but they are not processing them as of now.Opened cases are the cases that are assigned to the officers.Thats what i heard from my lawyer.are yours RIR or Regular LC? Mine is RIR. Thanks

puhrince, kpg is takling about Dec 02 RIR from chicago......there were so many cases that were certified after that till Nov 03 in RIR......the processing in chicago stopeed in Dec 03 for RIR.... Yes its is strange about kpg case!!!!
