My regualr EB3 LC and I-140 were approved. As we all know, EB3 is hopeless. I have to reapply a new LC under EB2 and I also qualify EB2. How can I do that? Can I apply EB2 with the same position? Can I just use the old EB3 job description except MS degree required for ads? Thanks for suggestion.

I applied LC under EB3, On the form 750, the lawyer put "Degree in Computer Science", My BA is in different major although I have a MS in computer Science. Is it OK for LC and I140? My Case was forwarded to Chicago on January 5 from SWA. Thanks.
