It seems it does It seems it does take about three months for most cases, as what I have seen in this forum. My RD Oct. 26, AD Jan. 23. You may want to speed up, as you only give USCIS a little more than two months to process your case. --- Just my opinion...

I got the paper I just got the document which was sent to my employer. H-1 Extension after the 1st three years. RD: Oct. 26, AD: Jan. 23.

In my previous post, I meant I just got the approval notice BY EMAIL and haven't received the document by MAIL yet. Sorry if that confused you.

Yes. This is what the approval is for --- H-1 extension after the first three years. Since I just got the approval notice today, the document has not arrived yet. I will keep you posted. As for I-94, I assume there should be a new one, just like the first H-1.

No. mine is not approved yet. My case was transfered from VSC to CSC. The RD is Oct. 26. I am very worried, since my first three-year H1 will expire on Apr. 1 this year.
