Its now very certain that the retrogression has been implemented.So people who are in this category like me do not waste your time expecting to see any change as I did for the last few weeks.

I have been watching the trend for quite some time now & have almost reached a conclusion that my case has been affected by retrogression.I receive an RFE in dec which they received from me on 6th Jan .My dates changed for a few days thenstoppedon 11th nothing after that. hope am wrong..

my observation I too have an EB3 friend with PD >2002 who got approved on Jan 4th .My observation is that if you had not received an RFE in Dec'04 or later then you still have chances but people like me who have RFE their cases have been kept on HOLD for sure.

Retrogression for EB3 has kicked in Congrates Nanji.. After reviewing all the approvals till today I have almost come to a conclusion that the EB3 retrogression has kicked in & we have been kicked out ... so its going to be along wait i guess.. Share your views..

SO can I say that an EB3 retrogress affected case has been approved...?Still not sure since Only people born in from IND CHN & PHL are affected..

hope I have seen approvals for Non RFE EB3 with PD > 2002 this yr.If atleast one of us with EB3 gets approved we all can hope everyone's approval.

my updated LUD info My LUD changed 3 times till yesterday.Nothing till now.Congrates to all who got approved. I see one trend atleast all EB2 are getting approved.
