SaiGC2004, Yes both the cases moved together for few days and then the LUD of I-140 changed one more time. I guess no decision has been taken yet. If so we would have seen a change in the message? or wouldn't we see any in case of an adverse decision? Gurus any ideas with our situation?

SaiGC2004, Those were the exact LUD's for my cases as well....Don't know when they will make ANY decision...

Friends, My MOTIC (Company's ability) was filed on Oct 6th. There were couple of LUD's between 01/17 and 01/21...but nothings happened after that. The case was neither approved nor has been sent to the DC office..any ideas?

Gurus, General question regarding I-140 Appeals. Can someone please explain what each form mean: I290A, I290B and MOTIC? Are they processed in any specific order? Thanks, Knightmare
