No decision on my reply to RFE for I140 Service Center received reply for RFE on I140 for ability to pay on 1/18/05. LUD changed on 1/18/05 and 1/21/05. Still no decision is taken. I140 with concurrent I485 RD 2/25/04 EB3 PD 5/15/02 FP done 9/21/04.

I wonder if there is any time-limit set for disposing a case by Service Center after receiving a reply to RFE.
