H4 to H1
Hi All, My H1 is on 6th year and valid till June6th 2005. I got 7 weeks extension since I was out of country for 7 weeks from April 18th to June6th. My wife stayed on H4 for 3-1/2 years till now and she got her firsttime H1 last week. Her Employer filed her H1 only till April18th 2005...- pmounachar
