I asked her indirectly, saying that, one of my friends got aprrovied with close PD of mine. She repsonded that, they handle case by case, they can not compare one to the other :)

Even I am on the same boat. I called yesterday to find the status. A nice lady IO said that, all my security checks completed(but no LUDs corresponding to that), and they are holding the case because of visa numbers. And, she not able to give any timeline on that. I think, we need to just wait...

Got EAD Card production ordered!!!!, COOL !!!!!

I took appointment for interim EAD, but no more they are giving interim EADs, and EAD is independent on NC. But, I just asked for information, then IO said, my 485 got stuck because of NC.

I went to infopass for my EAD status, at that time IO said that, mine stuck at NC.

Is yours a very common name?, Mine is not that common at all, mine stuck in NC and my wife's got cleared. thanks

Because mine is primary, I think we need to wait until mine is cleared.

We need to schedule appointment through infopass. That will be answered by Immigration officer at your loacl District office, they will decide that office by your zip code. After officer said about interim EAD, I asked about the status of 485, but she was not that friendly, she given a short...

I went today, they said, they are not issuing interim EADs anymore, we need to wait for real one.
