H1 approval taking too long
H1B extension only for 2 years Just got H1B extension from NSC. Recieved date: 25th October Xtension date: 22nd Feb. But I noticed that the extension date is only for 2 years. Is there some kind of mistake either by the lawyer or by the NSC guys. Any input is appreciated. DO you think...- longhaul101

H4 extension for wife
My advocate forgot to file for H4 extension. Her 194 has expired on 31 October and she has gone to India. Can I get her H4 stamped using my H1B extension paper in India before she returns to US. Any help is appreciated.- longhaul101
