Concurrent file
My lawyer filed my 140NIW and EA in June 04. He then filed my I485 with both the receipts of 140NIW and EA in Nev. 04. He told me that by this way USCIS will process 485 based on whichever 140 approved first. Does anybody have similar experience? Does it work? Whether the USCIS will deny...- mrkhu

EB1-EA and NIW
Why the chance is big if only they accept your both NIW and EB1-ea? I guess that USCIS accepts any application files, isn't it? Thanks!- mrkhu
