    7th Yr. filing before 365 days?

    Quick question: LC Priority Date: April 9th 2004 H1B 6th Yr. Expiring on: April 12th 2005 is is possible to file the 7th Year ext. before April 9th 2005 or should I wait till 9th April? Thanks a lot. Aron
