Hi All, I have a question regarding FP. My PD is 08/2002 under EB3 and RD for 140,485 is 10/2004. My 140 got approved this month. I spoke with my attorney and he is not sure about getting notice for FP. Should I wait till the priority date changes to 08/2002 to get FP notice and how about 485...

My EAD got approved in Nov2004 and surprisingly LUD changed yesterday, i.e. 02/08/05. I am not sure why they touch EAD after approving it.
