I did receive an email and a 45 day letter after my case was reopned.

I got my approval on May 17th, My Labor was applied from CA with PD:June 2002 and RD: May 2003, case closed on Mar 10th and re opened on April 15th.

My case is approved on May 17th and I have recieved an approval notice from Dallas BEC. my PD is June 2002 and RD May 2003 applied from CA.

My attorney got a response email from DBRC, they have re entered my case and assigned a new case number.

I am also in the same boat. today my attorney got an email in regards to the status check saying that my case is closed because of not responding to the 45 day letter but in reality neither my attorney nor my company recieved such letter.

I have added mine too, I am also waiting. Thanks for consolidating.

They are maintaing a single database, dallas BEC can provide case number belongs to philadelphia BEC also.
