I-140 approval notice says I-485 should be submitted to local INS office
No Title Ray, My I-140 got approved on FEB-15 . When i check my message now its back to my orginal message saying your application has been recieved. I didn\'t get my approval notice. How long will it take to get notice. Please tell me what to do? Thanks, V- kill_v

Birth Certificate
Hi Guys, I would like to process my application by CP. I don\'t have my birth certificate. I read in immihelp that chennai strictly requires birth certificate and it will not accept the "Not Availabilty Certificate". Please let me know hot to proceed. Thanks in Advance. V- kill_v
