Try to find out Some INS offices (local) issue Advance Parole immediately if you have a valid reason. You could check this out with your local INS office. You should be perfectly fine if you have an AP.... Take Care

I got my fingerprinting scheduled on May 14 at Newark,NJ. I was wondering if I could get an early FP done in newark. Any exprience shared will be appreciated. thanks

Details My MD was Jan 10, 2002, RD Jan 15, ND Jan 30. I believe the days are numbered from the ND, It took less than a month in my case from the ND. I havent applied for my AP as I have a valid H-1B and have no active plans to go out of country. Thanks
