I think you get RFE only once the case is assigned to an officer

RD 8/24/02, ND 9/27 case WAC-01-292-*******FP march end still waiting for Approval. Anybody else in the same boat. Spoke to the IIO a week ago and she told me that the security check is not yet complete. Any Idea how much time it will take to get the approval.

Hi, MY RD is 08/27/2001 and ND is 08/24/2001. I got my FP on 03/29/2002 and the AVM still have the message that \'this type of case takes 975 -999 days\'. I wonder that why they have not updated the AVM. Does anyone else in this board is in similar situation. Does this mean that the case...
