I140 approved after 1month of RFE receipt My I140 got approved after RFE. It took a month to get approved after RFE was received.

Guys Any EB2 140 approvals either after or without RFE in May, June?

Wish there is no weekend Wish there is no weekend after the RFE was received. For me LUD changed for 3 days continuously till Friday and it stopped. I think when my officer wanted to start a new fresh week and got rid of all old applications he worked on the previous week.

Im waiting and waiting atleast to see the status to get updated. USCIS received my rfe response on 5/10 and there is no lud, no online status update stating they have received my response. Frustrated.

I did my FP in march, no online message update or LUD. I replied RFE couple of weeks back, no LUD or message change yet... sucks.

Was there any LUD after NSC recieved your documents ?

NSC is working on your file. Did the message in online status change like "documents received bla bla"?

hi were you able to check with NSC regarding the receipt of documents which you(company) sent. what did your lawyer say about it. i got information that "sometimes"? they wont update the status.

How long does it takes to get updated after NSC receives the document. Its almost a week for me, not updated yet. Is there any one or anyone had this problem and eventually got updated ?

After RFE was delivered, did the message change like "we received the documents" or does it still show the same old message like "we have sent a mail for evidance" ?

My RFE was delivered on 05/10 but did not see any LUD

I agree with worldunity. Reading all other threads, I think last week was RFE. week. Lot of folks got RFE. Please post details when you get to know and good luck.
