    Thanks super1966. I just want to know that my company is not cheating us ... I just want to know that my company is not cheating us like taking applications from us and keeping it with them for some month before they actually apply to INS, which they could do. Others please confirm.

    I-140 for CP, applied AOS, lets track

    I talked to NVC... they stated that it would take 3-4 weeks for the file to transfer from NVC to INS, it is actual papers, not wire transfer as I heard before.

    when you called last time... what information did IIO ask for to verify it was your case, just EAC number, or also ask for address, name etc.

    here is my 2 cents: INS officer picked up several cases each time according to RD, if you happened to be the last one of that pile, you have to wait for while for approval. On the other hand, if you are lucky, and be the first one of next pick, even you RD is late, you still got review/approval...
