Thanks for your Quick Reply. But do you think I fall under EB2 or EB3? And i guess the new rule only applies to EB3 isnt it? FYI. I would like to post a small FAQ on this new process, hope it will help new comers to understand what they should concentrate on to get GC in timely fashon. -

My new company has a pre-approved labor which fits my profile/salary/title everything. I have BSc with 8 years of experience. a) I guess I come in EB2 Cat. Am I right? b) Can my company file I140+485 combinely before December 15th? (Without getting negetively effected by this new retorgasion...
