    My I-485 RD 8/30 ND 11/02 I got my receipts today... I am waiting eagerly for my AP though,due to travel plans. IIO told me that it(AP application) is with a officer. How long will it take to obtain AP? Any experiences????

    Receipt mailed My lawyer found out that my ND is 11/02. Yet to get the receipt though. MD is 8/24....

    AP question(waiting_for_ins or other gurus please respond)

    I have valid H1 stamp and AP but my EAD is in processing. My wife does not have a H4 stamp but has her AP/EAD. Is it OK if she uses her AP/EAD and I use H1 and we pass thro the same POE counter. Also, if I am forced to use AP should I have EAD approved by then? Any experieces with JFK POE?

    not required... You do not need to show AP while leaving. Reg AP approval before/after she leaves there is mixed opinion.

    my view Going to Newark office should help. Some ASCs do take finger prints in advance so you may get it done. Incase they can\'t do it they can change the date on the notice and fix up a new date for you.
