Can you provide more detail about the case that was approved. The requirement in my case is Masters + 5 years experience. I have a B.Sc from India + 1.5 years NIIT + an MBA. My I-140 got rejected because of my Bachelors degree not being 4 years..

originally filed LC application not received after 24 days My LC was approved on April 30th 2007. I received a letter from DBEC on May 11th that my application is certified. My layer is yet to receive the original LC application. 24 days and counting...

I was checking the status of State Workforce Agency Processing times for Indiana and I see that from Dec 20, 2002 to Nov 15,2004 they are still processing April 2001. Any idea why? :confused:
