GC approved, job changed before i140
Hi All, Mine was a concurrent filing (AP/EAD/140/485) on SEP 2003. AP/EAD approved on JAN 2004. Got laid off on APR 2004 (140/485 was pending that time and 180 days over). Immediately find another job (similar job, 15% more salary), since I have about 2 years left on my H1B, I did not use EAD...- sam2005
