Yes!!!! Finally!!! After 2 years and 3 months my Green Card got approved. On March 16th I had my first interview at the Orlando DO. The officer was very, very nice but couldn’t approve my I-485. The original I-130 (approved in 1998) was missing. He told me that I have to wait 120 days before I...
Hi, my friends:
After an exhausting night I called the NVC today. They told me that my I-131 file got transfered to the National Record Center in Missouri in August 2005. So I called my INS Officer today and informed him about that. He said they allready requested my I-130 but he can't...

Thanks Cherr1980:
Yes, my husband was a Green Card holder before he naturalized in February 2003. So I had to wait untill my Priority Date came up. I didn't understand either why they couldn't accept my original I-130 approval. They need the Original Form I-130 Petition from 1998 that we sent...
I am so frustrated! My husband applied for my Green Card 8 years ago. In November 1998 my I-130 got approved. Today I had my Interview at the Orlando DO. The officer told me right away that he can’t approve my I-485 because they are missing my original I-130 Petition from 1998. He can’t do...

Orlando Do
Hi David Young:
Yes you are right! Orlando is a "snail office". But they are improving! 6 months ago it took the Orlando DO 3 years to approve a case. Now it only takes 2 years and 3 months. I know...it is still very slow. But what i heard they hired more interviewers and they are...
YESSSS!! I received my interview letter. After more than 2 years waiting!! I am so excited!! My DO Orlando is probably the slowest in the US. The MO office sent the letter. Does anybody has a clue why some interview letters get mailed by the local office and some get mailed by the Missouri...
Timeline Orlando, Florida
Florida, Orlando
RD 01/09/2004 no interview yet. It takes the Orlando DO between 33 to 36 months to schedule an interview. This is unbelievable!!!
Good luck to all of you!
When I am checking my MSC# the Advance Parole got approved and mailed on 04/16. Still haven't received it by mail. The NSCS can't help me. They have no clue! Anybody out there with same experience?
Hi Folks:
Is UCSIS sending me a notice to get my medical exam? Or do I have to go myself? My case is family based and my local office proccessing time is 3 years. So I am concerned to get my medical to early and it might expire. (Or not?)
You will receive it by mail. It will be valid for one year. I did not travel abroad so I can't give you any tips here. But what I was told....it is without any problems. Just take copys of your Notice of action I-485 with you and you should be ok. I assume you have never been out of status in...
HI:
Finally received NOA!.
Sent Package 02/23/05.
Received NOA for I-131, I-485, I-765 on 03/29/05. They gave me two different "A" numbers. One for the I-485 and one for the 1-131 and I-765. Is that o.k.?
