You dont need the orginal, they just need the photo copy. You can send all the marks card you have. Even they asked me the same. Infact I have lost my 4th years marks card. I had a photocopy which i sent them. If need be you can get 3rd party degree evaulation done. nothing to worry about.

Guys, How long does it take to get the plastic card. I heard they sending it fast these days.

My LUD has chaned on 11/2/2004 for140 and 10/27/2004 for 485, but when i access the phone system, its temp. down

Phone msg When i call National Customer Service Center (800) 375-5283 , i get a message saying. the system is temp. down. Are you guys getting the same message. If i try to check my i-485, it gives me status. but for i-140 it does not.
